Q: How do I upload my config or OS update to my unit?     A: The following steps will help you upload a configuration file or operating system update to your Systech hardware. Save the file to a convenient place on your local PC Identify the IP address using the following steps: Open the Port Server Utility Locate your unit in the table in Step 1 If the unit has an IP address, record it If the unit does not have an IP address, you can give it a static IP address Click on the IP address field (which should say "Click to assign...") Pause a second and click again The IP field should turn into an edit box Enter the desired IP address and press <ENTER> Open your favorite web browser and type the IP address of your unit in the browser address line and press <ENTER> You should be at the Welcome screen for the unit On the left menu: Select Flash Management In the Flash Update section, click Browse, locate the file you would like to load and click OK Click the Update Flash button The unit will take a minute or two to reprogram flash then reboot to the Welcome screen Your upload is complete     Answer Last Updated: October 15, 2009
