I have a Systech Network Device Server (RCS, POS, NPS, NDS or iNS/ixNS series) on a remote network and I can't see it with NativeCom.
What do I need to do?

I have a Systech Network Device Server (RCS, POS, NPS, NDS or iNS/ixNS series) on a remote network behind a firewall.
What do I need to open in the firewall to use it with NativeCom?

I have a timer expiration/network disconnected error message. What does that mean?

I powered up my unit and it keeps blinking yellow. What is it doing?

Why can't I assign an IP address to the unit using the "arp" method?

I have NativeCom configured on all the ports. Why can't I login to the serial ports any more with a terminal or HyperTerminal?
